Thy Word Forever is a blog dedicated to sharing (and creating! 
) with you, readers and visitors, free Scripture wallpapers for your computer desktop, free tag graphics for blog / website sidebars, and other graphics that all have Bible verses on them, from the King James Bible.

It is our hope and prayer that these will encourage and uplift you, as well as in some areas enlighten, in the Word of God that has been preserved "from this generation for ever".

The authors at Thy Word Forever enjoy being able to create free Scripture graphics for their own personal use and for others to benefit from them. We do hope you enjoy the graphics!
When creating our graphics or wallpapers, we generally download (or have downloaded) our wallpapers/backgrounds from free wallpaper or graphic sites that we have found online. When possible, we do photograph our own backgrounds, when not possible, we use free backgrounds we have found on the internet. So, unless otherwise noted, the backgrounds used for these graphics are not our own, but free backgrounds we have downloaded via the internet.
We feel by keeping the word of our Lord in front of us at all times (either by wallpaper or by the other graphics) will aid in memorization and also in hiding His words in our hearts, and helping to apply it daily to our lives. We believe that the King James Bible is the inspired, preserved, infallible, inerrant word of God for the English-speaking people, and thus we use only the KJB on all our graphics and wallpapers.
Thy Word Forever was created to have a central spot to share our King James Bible graphics with others so that they may be more easily found by you rather than scattered here and there on our personal sites! Please do feel free to share or pass this site around to others so they can get some Scripture graphics! If you feel led to do so, please also consider supporting this ministry!

I have in my "pictures" a seperate file where I keep most of your beautiful wallpaper, and since you've been making tags I've got another file for them! I enjoy looking at them all and reading the verses!:) Sometimes you want to put more then one wallpaper on your desktop! LOL
I also just wanted to ask you a question, since this blog is for all your Biblical graphics I was wondering if one can ask for a Scripture tag like for a wallpaper?
If not, that's no problem, I was just curious to know!:D

To answer your question, yes, from the new page you can now request free custom Scripture tags for your blog / website sidebar.

Ive been looking for exactly this..The eagle is simply beautiful. And of course God's Word is our guide to live by..For our strength is only in the Lord not our flesh. Is it possible to purchase this.

Your pictures are amazing. I have a pastor who is "as bold as a lion", but is the most gentle, loving shepherd I have ever seen. I have been in search of a lion picture to send him, and found exactly that on your site. I am curious, do you know of anywhere I could get a picture like these, with captioned verse, framed? I have been looking everywhere, and have not found such. Your site is wonderful, Lord Bless you and Keep you.

I "stumbled on" this site while looking for KJV Bible wallpaper for my kitchen. LOVED seeing all of these. Felt like a kid in a candy store!!!!!! I have sent some onto my facebook page, and can't wait to show these to my Dad. Thank you for all of your hard work here!!!!
