My Big Brother
I just wanted to write a quick post and let everybody know that my big brother got married yesterday (May 24th)!
Here's a photo (taken by Megan's Mom) of him and his wife, Megan! I'm so happy for them! May the Lord continue to bless them, and guide and direct their steps according to His Word!
So, Levi is currently in Ohio (that's where he got married). God blessed him with a good job at a nice hardware store, and he was able to get a car and his driver's license there.
It's strange to think of my big brother being married already.. lol. They make a nice looking couple, don't they?
BTW, Megan made her own wedding dress; the one in the photo above (and below). It's beautiful and a very modest wedding dress!

Blog Re-Design & Poll
I re-did my blog graphics, header, and stuff last night to something that kind of matches the color outside now {green, not snowy white!}! I love those pretty little flowers, even though I have NO idea what kind of flower they are. (Anyone else have any idea?) I updated the photo on the left, too, and some on my about page.
I think that self portraits are kind of fun to take.. LOL!
As for the poll, I created it just for fun to test the memory of my readers in regards to what I post {I'm sure I'll be making more like this'un, too, if ya'll like it}. The answers should be tolerably easy if you've been reading my blog for some time. If not, you might have to go back through the posts [or guess!] to find the answer!
I brought up some old picture frames from the building today; I'm hoping to be able to print off some of my Scripture wallpapers and hang them around my room (preferably the ones using my pictures and photography
). That would be nice, Kind of add a personal touch to my bedroom (as if it didn't already have one, but anyways…)
Oh yeah, I didn't tell ya'll that I got my Pilgrim's Progress book, did I? Rest assured, I'll get a picture of it soon for you guys… I forgot or I'd of done it yesterday when I had my camera out. It's the actual book in the oldish language {I love it, though!}. I'd never read the actual thing before, just those Abeka edited versions for school that left out a LOT.. and personally I always thought they (the edited ones) were kind of bland.
Anyhow, vote on the poll! Here it is, and it's also over there on the sidebar:
Order my Steps
Is it possible? Am I really turning seventeen today? That seems like such a big number! Just last year I turned sixteen. Now another year has passed already… wow!
It seems like, the older you get, the faster time flies.
It's March already!! But, it was just January 1st, 2010! I don't ever remember the year going by that quickly when I was 12 & 14! Here below is a conglomeration of pictures I collected of myself since I was a baby – up till now (the last picture at the bottom was taken last month, I believe). I figured ya'll might be interested in seeing what I looked like when I was younger/smaller.
lol…
O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens. I will praise thee, O LORD, with my whole heart; I will shew forth all thy marvellous works. The LORD is King for ever and ever:
(Psalms 8:1, 9:1, & 10:16a)
Thou art my God, and I will praise thee; thou art my God, I will exalt thee. Teach me good judgment and knowledge: for I have believed thy commandments. Order my steps in thy word: and let not any iniquity have dominion over me. Make thy face to shine upon thy servant; and teach me thy statutes. Thy word is very pure: therefore thy servant loveth it. O GOD, thou art my God; early will I seek thee:
(Psalms 118:28, 119:66, 119:133, 119:135 119:140, 63:1)
Let no man deceive you

Little children, let no man deceive you: (1 John 3:7)
Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. (Romans 12:9)
Even though the world makes halloween seem "cute" and "harmless", the warning still remains in Scripture; Little children, let no man deceive you! We are to abhor that which is evil, no matter how "cute" the world makes it look.
Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, (2 Corinthians 6:17)
