Howdy there folks!
Sorry for the abrupt disappearance, I had a sudden lack of inspiration and couldn't think, I mean absolutely couldn't think of anything to post! Quite strange, seeing as I usually would post what's been going on and things like that, thought of course there really hasn't been that much going on around here to post about.
I changed my braces [aligners] this morning for my upper teeth.. Now on set 14 (I think it's 14) of 21! Yippee! Getting close to the end!
While I was thumbing through some of my books today, I was going through 'Uncle Arthur's Bedtime Stories' and started reading Doreen's Jewel Box, and realized I had never posted chapter 3 up here for ya'll to find out what Doreen actually did get on her birthday! (I've posted Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 so far.) So I've started typing up Chapter 3, and hopefully I'll be able to get it finished and posted here before too awful long.
Perhaps many of you have already guessed what Doreen got on her birthday… lol.

We went and picked up some hay today for the goats and cow. It's always quite a job to get all of that unloaded, carried over to the barn, piled in the middle, and pulled up into the loft one-by-one (Levi stacks them up there. Mom hooks them up to the rope, and both Levi & I pull them up).
It's nice to be able to go up in the loft and sit (provided you don't mind getting hay all over you (
). Especially now that the air is blocked off (mostly, at least) by the plexiglass "windows". Sunny loves it up there too since we made him a little hay bed in the corner to lay in when it's cold!

Just in case I have another episode of lack-of-inspiration, would there be anything that the readers of my blog would like to hear about, want me to blog about, want to know, any questions that you have about me, our beliefs, or anything that I could answer possibly in a future post… anything to give me extra inspiration for the future!

Dear Lacy, I love reading your blog and look forward to each post. And it's always fun to read about what's happening on your farm! How long have you had braces? I got braces in August 2007 and they should be coming off by the end of this summer! Maybe you can write a few more GIMP tutorials as I found the one you wrote very helpful. ~Blessings, Eden

Here is a suggestion for something to write about next time you are feeling empty:
you could explain what a blog is and some of the other terms on your website like grabbing an icon etc. and html graphics, and WP templates and how to blog. Your site is a real encouragment for me along the pilgrim way but I would like to know more how to navigate around it. You seem very intelligent and advanced in computers. Maybe you could explain some of the functions of your site.
PS. It's just my opinion but the way the site jumps everytime the quote changes seems to be a little annoying. Is that what a blog does?
Thannk you for this wonderful resource. It is refreshing to see young girls obeying the truth and shining the Light.

Lacy…I enjoy anything that you post about. I enjoy reading about folks who are striving to follow Christ so wholeheartedly, especially young folks. That is very rare today. Also I appreciate folks who want to live quiet simple lives. I am not the least interested in reading about the lives of the rich and famous. Most of them lead such sinful lifestyles anyway. I just want to encourage you to keep posting. I pray more young people will read your blog and also be encouraged by your beautiful example…Blessings

Me as well, I've run out of ideas what to post about too!
I think GIMP tutorials would also be a good idea!
I love your posts just the way they are, your posts are always very interesting and exciting!!
Lucky for you! I wonder how long I've still got to wear my braces!
They're best friends now!
Such a cute picture of Gabriel and Sunny!!
I noticed that you hadn't posted Doreen's Jewel Box chapter three – thought you weren't anymore posting about 'Uncle Arthur's Bedtime Stories'! LOL
Love
~Jess
